I currently accept PayPal.

Please make sure you complete payment within 1 day of your purchase.

If you're having issues with PayPal or another unforseen circumstance please convo me and I can allow more time.

Please note that items will not be shipped until full payment has been received and has cleared.

Please make sure that your Etsy shipping address is the same as your PayPal address.

Items will be shipped the first Saturday after your purchase.
If you need the item shipped sooner please note it in the Message To Seller section at checkout, or send me a convo, and I will strive to finish your items faster and make arrangements to have them posted quicker.

Please note: wooden items may take a bit longer as they are not ready to ship items. They are only made once purchased so please allow an extra few days for me to make them, sand and paint them.

If you would like the item shipped to a different address, (as a gift etc) please send it in the Message to Seller section at checkout.
If it is being sent as a gift then I can include a little card with your personalised note and withhold my usual thank you for your purchase card I include in every order.
(Please notify me of what you want the card to say in the Message To Seller box at checkout or through an Etsy convo.

All items are shipped from the UK through the Royal Mail.

Items come in a gift bag or cello bag, and are then bubble wrapped, and then shipped in a bubble mailer for extra protection.

For international customers please note that customs in each country can be slow and packages can take anything from two weeks to a month.

If your package hasn't arrived a month after shipping then please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort the matter out.

I love doing custom orders, so feel free to convo me about any ideas you have and we'll work together from there.
